All delivery’s and rates are for Uk mainland only

All orders  made before12.00 midday will be despatched for next working day delivery (excluding Saturday and Sunday) where ordered on a Friday will be delivered Monday. Delivery’s are between 8am and 6pm. Orders made Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday

This delivery is for items under 1kg (eg end tackle,bobbins,alarms). If items exceed 1kg or doesn’t fit into a jiffy bag will incur a charge of £5

£5 NEXT DAY DELIVERY

All large items (eg rods,luggage,brollies) that exceed 1kg and are under £50.00 in value come into this category and have a charge of £5

OVER £50 FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Any orders that exceed this amount and is a stock item will qualify for free delivery

7 TO 10 DAY FREE DELIVERY

all items that fall into this category tend to be non stock items and generally of high value, but can be ordered through us .7 to 10 working days are a guide lead time only .We will contact you with an exact lead time on your order . Returns & Refunds

We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Postage refunds will not be issued in such circumstances. if we have made an error with your order, we will rectify it as soon as possible and cover the cost of any postage. Please call us before returning any goods. Please remember to inspect your delivery carefully (Do not sign for any parcels that are are damaged on delivery unless you the customer and the delivery driver are both satisfied the products inside are not damaged, failure to do this will result in a non refund) notify us of any damage within 24 hours. If an item has been damaged in transit we will replace it as quickly as we can. If an item has broken in normal use and it is within its warranty period, it must be returned to us along with a short note consisting of your name, address, a contact telephone number and explaining the circumstances of the damage. Generally, items must be inspected by a manufacturer’s representative before any replacements can be issued.tnt
